Who’s Decided To Be Half-Naked On The Regular Again?

We've been wondering ourselves if this gal was going to get back on the nudity wagon, so we're stoked to see this. And here's another question: why do boobs and belly buttons so often look like Munch's "Scream" and did Munch do that on purpose?

It's Leilani Dowding! She's been much more reserved about showing off her chest this past year, and we've been hoping she'll get back in lads' mags (or, better yet, go topless on the beach again). Whatever form her toplessness takes, we're happy to hear she's getting with it.
