If you've had your fill of Lindsay Lohan or Jessica Alba just doesn't do it for you anymore, you're probably sick of Maxim and FHM trying to tell you which celebrity babes are the best. And if you really want to know what ladies you should be digging on, you need to turn to the real experts on the subject—other ladies. That's why we're so grateful to girl-on-girl website AfterEllen for polling its readers to find out who real bona fide lesbians think are the hottest chicks around. Naturally, the list is quite different than you would find in any men's magazine (which is how you get Kate Winslet and Tina Fey in the top ten) but that doesn't mean the list isn't filled with sexy, talented, and often underrated hotties. Sadly, we haven't seen "The L Word" star in any hardcore editions of "Where The Boys Aren't," but we've definitely got on our eye on her now. No one knows women better than the women who love them, so those voters must be on to something.
