The past few weeks have seen a whole lot of Lady Gaga nudity--so much so that we'd started to think the girl had given up clothes entirely. But somehow the intrepid Terry Richardson managed to catch a few photos of her fully dressed...if you can call wearing an almost completely sheer dress that exposes her areola fully dressed, that is.
