Porn and Karaoke – Can You Hear Me Now?

Just when you thought Karaoke couldn't get any more annoying, the R Bar in New York's hipster SoHo district will give their craft-beer swigging customers an opportunity to provide the audio for porn scenes. Instead of having to hear a drunken chick bellow her way through Abba's "Dancing Queen", or a mustachioed dude slaughter "Hey Jude", you can get a preview of what your potential one-night-stand sounds like with your dick inside of her. Each porn-noise-making participant will be given a muted twenty-second porn clip to work their magic and interject their groans, moans, barks, jokes and dirty dialogue. Burlesque dancer Kita St Cyr, along with two other judges, will then rate the brave souls' performances, and the winner will take home a trophy and a CD of cat purring noises. Sound like fun? It's kind of like a perverted version of "Mystery Science Theater 3000". You guys think this trend will catch on at your favorite bar?
