Miss Digital World

Wired profiles the five contestants in this year's Miss Digital World contest, the winner of which will be crowned this month a year after the contest first made headlines: "Have digital models finally crossed the uncanny valley? Are they ready to go head-to-head with Tyra and Gisele?" Those are questions we've been asking ourselves at Fleshbot for a while now, and the answer is still not yet—though we have to admit that Kaya's freckles are making us watch the competition with more than our usually purely professional level of interest.
