We all know that Jordan Belfort's not a fan of the bush, but it seems like the bush is making a comeback lately. Cameron Diaz, for example, takes every opportunity she can to talk about her pro-pubic hair beliefs, and a new documentary is shedding a light on the lengths to which women will go to keep themselves neat and clean below the belt.
Secret Garden spotlights a gaggle of ladies, all of whom will spend upwards of $70 a month on waxing the most sensitive area of their bodies. You can check out the trailer below...
"It's not for him, it's for me," one woman says.
"It's more feminine and cleaner," says another, who thinks 95 per cent of women probably have Hollywood and Brazilians.
"The norm is to get it all off but they don't know why," says another, speaking about her friends.
The film was directed by Michele Becker, who is trying to get the film into this year's Cannes Film Festival, and debates everything from the effects of porn, magazines, and even peer pressure on women's personal pubic hair policy.
Putting such a debate on the biggest screen possible is now making the arguments for and against pubic hair impossible to ignore. Whether or not big bushes become the norm once again remains to be seen, but for now, we're content to take in as much evidence as possible, and decide for ourselves what we like best.
