FLESHBOT: Where did you grow up, what was that like, and what kind of music did you love most?
I grew up around Dallas, Texas. My family moved me there from Brooklyn, New York at a very young age. I never really felt at home until I moved myself to Austin about four or five years ago.

I can remember when I first got into punk rock, I felt like I found myself there. That's when I really got an interest in playing live shows, and started my first band.

FLESHBOT: What contemporary artists are making the sexiest music?
The new Queens of the Stone Age album, Like Clockwork, is fucking sexy. Many of the songs just have some sexy ass rhythms that make me want to face fuck someone! Especially, "Just Keep Your Eyes Peeled", listen to that shit and tell me you don't want to bone.

FLESHBOT: Who is the sexiest musical artist of all time?
One of my favorite bands to see live is Ceremony, mainly because I love staring at Anthony Anzaldo's butt! But seriously, that is one sexy man and a kick ass guitar player. He doesn't always get to demonstrate his most technical abilities, playing in a punk band, but I've seen him shred in some Youtube videos, and that makes me swoon even more.

I also have a raging lady boner for Justin Pearson from Retox and The Locust. Every time I see him play, I usually leave having to wring my panties out. I guess I've got a thing for skinny dudes with cool hair that scream a lot.

FLESHBOT: What about today's hottest female musicians?
My girl crush is Lux Drummerette, and she currently tours with Nekromantix. I had watched her rip through some Slayer drum covers in HEELS on YouTube for years, and I finally got to see her live with Nekromantix a couple of months ago. She was dressed to kill and having a great time on stage, with a totally fuckable smile on her face the entire time.

FLESHBOT: Is there a song or a band that you connect in your mind to a particularly vivid and/or wild sexual experience?
Every time I hear The Melvins, I think about being finger-banged. The last time I saw them live was on my birthday, and I was particularly happy that night because I was on some psychedelics.

While I was busy getting lost in the moment of watching this amazing band, headbanging till I thought my neck would snap, my boyfriend started finger banging me and it heightened the whole experience! I later wound up playing in a popular Melvins cover band, so now I think about finger-banging all the time.

My first girl experience is actually a pornstar now, I met her before I shot my first scenes, and she ate sushi off my butt...so I think "Turning Japanese" would probably best describe that!

Shameless self-promotion time: My band, The Schisms, is working on a new song called "Vampires and Vultures", and it oozes sex appeal. It's a very bass driven song with horn accents and a haunting vocal melody - you'd have to try really fucking hard to not shake your ass to it! It'll be on our new album we're recording this summer.

FLESHBOT: What's the sexiest live music performance you've ever seen? What happened?
I'm not sure if this counts, but recently we shot a new music video which is in post production right now, and the last scene features us playing on a smoky stage in front of bright red velvet curtains with an audience of men and women in tuxedos, Victorian-era dresses, and elaborate masks.

When we kicked into the heavy part of our song the audience began rubbing each other sensually, making out, rolling around on the ground and holding up a fox fur pelt in the air as if it were an animal sacrifice, and passed it around worshiping it.

Most of this was unplanned so while I was performing, it came to a surprise to me and it was very difficult not to drop my bass and join in! It was one of the most primal, sexy, and creepiest performance I'd ever seen.

FLESHBOT: Tell us about the sex factor of the Schisms' music.
The majority of our songs are about sex. Some of it's even about fucking dead people—as zombies. Our music is very bass and drum heavy, and we try to create songs that are fun to dance to, since all of us like watching hot girls dance for us while we play - who wouldn't?!

My singer writes all the lyrics, he really paints the picture for all the songs, but he loves the fact that I have a strong need to be the center of attention on stage. You don't often see a bass player front-and-center, being the most emotive performer on stage.

I perform just like I fuck; crazy and all over the place. People come to our shows to hear the music, sure, but everyone has a great time watching me roll around on the floor licking my guitar and making jack-off hand motions on the neck of it.

My bass is my dick, and by the end of the show, you're all fucked.

FLESHBOT: What are you Schisms up to next?
We're really stoked to release our music video - that should be out in a couple of months, so we're looking forward to submitting that to some film festivals, and brainstorming ideas for a release party.

We're also scouting out abandoned churches to record our new album in, which we're putting out on vinyl this summer, and planning a tour. I love vinyl and it's always been a goal of mine to have my music pressed. As for myself, I'm taking more time this year to focus on modeling. I try to shoot at least twice a month, it's one of many things I'm passionate about.
