If you love a woman with a bit of fur on her naked body, then you'll love this teaser video featuring the Canadian model Kristy McQuade completely nude growing hair to the beat of Minnie Riperton's "Les Fleurs."
The website, Nowness (link below), has the teaser for its five-part series #DefineBeauty. The director, Saam Farahmand, says of his ode to body hair, "One of the things I appreciate most about female beauty is what's commonly appreciated the least. I wanted to find something about women that was almost unanimously disliked."
Well, speak for yourself double-A Saam, we love seeing the forest and the trees. It's quite a work of F/X, too, watching our girl's hairless snatch suddenly turn into a Garden of Eden right before our lustful eyes.
It doesn't hurt that the opening shot is a look at Kristy prone and naked.
"'There was something so affecting about Minnie Riperton's ability to breathe her gender—she speaks to female sexuality in a way that seems to exclude male consideration,' says the London-based filmmaker, known for his collaborations with The xx, Soulwax and Alexander McQueen."
You might note the inspiration of iconic nudes such as those of a very hairy Madonna by Lee Friedlander taken in 1979 and published in Penthouse at the height of the Material Girl's fame a few years later.
There's even armpit hair, which we've always thought of as the poor man's vagina.
