Art By Dana Richardson: “Not Yer Average Perv”

Back in college, we fell in love with the first cute girl that we met who could appreciate George Bataille (and yes, Of Montreal totally stole that line from us on their latest album). Had we known Toronto-based "aeresol artist", photographer, and erotic provocateur Dana Richardson, we probably would have been seriously crushing on him too: not only can he quote George Bataille, but he produces some pretty spectacular, moody and delicious artsy pinups and wields a mean can of spray paint in his surreal and boldly graphic paintings, which carry titles like "Problems for the Nightshift at the Inflatable Doll Factory". Not yer average perv, indeed.
