“Twins XXX” Is a Real Thing That’s Really Happening

Twenty five years after its release in theaters, rumors swirled that the comedy classic Twins was getting a sequel. Well, that may still happen, but first there's going to be a porn parody.

According to XBiz (link below), Assence Films is releasing Twins XXX this summer, presumably in an attempt to capitalize on the sequel news and Arnold Schwarzenegger's resurgent film career.

The 130-minute, full-length feature follows Julius Benedick and his long lost brother Vincent Benedick, who are reunited after a lifetime apart — and not knowing the other one existed. There's a catch though, the brothers are physically worlds apart, with a height differential that spans several feet. Despite their differences, they bond and learn to share their established, independent lives with each other, including their wives and girlfriends.

For those keeping score at home, Twins runs 107 minutes, and Twins XXX runs 130, so you can expect a whole lot more character development and plot I imagine.

"Twins was the perfect movie for us to parody. It is an 80′s classic with a good following and I think a lot of people that grew up in the 80′s and 90′s are going to be lining up to get this flick" said Assence Films owner Mike Kulich. The film revives the characters in the original 1988 film and features Latin bombshell Ju Pantera, Yumi Saito and Natalia Lemos.

The DVD will ship in July, but will be available first exclusively at SkweezMe.com from June 1-July 1. Users can access the movie along with SkweezMe.com's entire library of titles for 99 cents per day with no recurring billing.
