When working out, our bodies produce endorphins (that "feel good" hormone) while we produce higher levels of testosterone. Yes, ladies, we all have testosterone, and NO, it won't make you lose your boobs or look "manly" because it's already innately there. When those levels naturally rise, both women and men have a higher metabolic rate along with a higher sex drive. As a result, we want sex more—and we burn more calories while having it!
