Twenty Questions with Porn Superstar Chanel Preston

Porn superstar Chanel Preston is talented in every porn medium--features, fetish and fucking as hard as you would ever want to see her go.  She has appeared on a ton of porn boxcovers and a ton of dirty magazines.  She was trophy girls for the AVN and XRCO Awards and she co-hosted last year's AVN Awards with Wicked contract performer Samantha Saint.  She appeared in singer/songwriter Russ Irwin's music video for the song "Take Me Home" and appeared this year in a piece in Cosmopolitan about how porn stars stay fit.  She has a sex education web series called "Naked With Chanel" where she teaches people to be more positive about their sexual interactions and this year, she won her very first AVN Award for Most Outrageous Sex Scene for a scene she did with Ryan Madison in Porn Fidelity/Kelly Madison Productions' "Get My Belt".  She is also very active on Twitter and has a great website.  Here is this vibrant sexual superstar answering twenty questions.

1)   What kind of girl were you back in high school?  Who did you hang out with/date?

Back in high school I really liked to party. I admit I was a little bit of a stoner girl as well.

2)   Were you a porn fan before you got into the industry?  Who were your favorite porn stars/favorite porn movies?

I knew absolutely nothing about the porn industry before I got in. I used to watch porn a little bit but the only porn star I knew was, of course, Jenna Jameson and Jesse Jane.

3)   You were great as a co-host at last year’s AVN Awards.  Any advice for Alexis Texas on how to shine at that gig?

Thanks! I think Alexis is going to be great. She seems like she'd be comfortable on stage, and I think that is most important. I'm sure she'll also have a good time with Tommy Pistol. He's hilarious so it'll be easy to work off of him.

4)   What/who do you want to do on-camera that you haven’t done yet?

I've done almost everything. I guess the only thing I haven't done is worked with a T-girl. Maybe one day. I've always been a little curious how it would be. 

5)   Who is your favorite male performer/female performer to work with and why?

I don't really have one favorite of each. I try to make it happen with anyone I work with, but a few of my favorites would be Ramon Nomar, Manuel Ferrara, James Deen, and Nacho Vidal. As for girls I'd say Dana DeArmond, Dana Vespoli, and Riley Reid. 

6)   You seem to really love your fans and respond to them a lot on Twitter.  Tell me how having this fan base has changed your life.

I can't say having a fan base has really changed my life. I still find it strange at time when people are star struck by me. I almost feel like there is someone behind be that they're gawking at.

7)   What’s your favorite position to get fucked in and why does it get you off?

My favorite position really depends on the guy. Every guy is shaped differently and each position feels different with different people.

8)   How did you come up with your Naked With Chanel webisodes?  What made you want to give sex advice?

Since I first got into the industry I had an idea I would go this route with my career. I really care about making people feel comfortable with their sexuality. I came up with the webisode ideas through a hosting class I was taking. I think webisodes are a great way to reach people.

9)   What fetishes do you have that you think that your fans would be surprised by?

I don't think I have any major fetishes. I do have a thing for masculine bisexual men and I like power play, but I don't think either of those are bizarre fetishes.

10)    What are the best things about being a porn star?

I love that I get to explore myself sexually in safe environments. Not many people get an opportunity to do that. I also get to be around a lot of sexually open-minded people which is always fun.

11)   What advice would you offer a woman who wants to be a better sexual partner?

Communicate! It's not always comfortable for women to communicate, but it's the key to being a better sexual partner. Also, be willing to explore yourself without a partner so you can really understand how your body works.

12)   What do you think is your best scene and what made it so exquisite for you?

One of my best scenes I have done is from Kelly Madison Productions. The DVD is called "Get My Belt". It won Most Outrageous Sex Scene at this year's AVN Award Show. I like making beautiful porn that teeters on people limits and this scene definitely did that.

13)   Who are your role models in porn and how/why do they inspire you?

I never had any role models in porn. I didn't idealize any pornstars before I was in porn so once I entered most of them just became my coworkers.

14)   How was winning the AVN Award for Most Outrageous Sex Scene this year?  What was Ryan Madison like to work with?

I love working with Ryan! We've shot together a few times and the scenes are always great. Besides performer of the year this was the award I had most wanted to win this year.

15)   What is the best mainstream movie you have seen recently? 

I loved The Secret Life of Walter Mitty. I don't even know why. I just thought it was magical and beautiful.

16)   How about the best porno movie?  Is there someone whose movies you like to watch who is working now?

I actually don't watch porn anymore. It's a little awkward because I know everyone and the fantasy is ruined when you know them too well.

17)   Are you into toys to get yourself off alone or are you a low-tech woman?

I do love my toys. I have the infamous Hitachi and also some butt plugs that I love using when I crave some booty attention.

18)   If you could fuck any celebrity, who would it be?  Give us your male and female choices.

I would fuck Angelina Jolie back when she was with Billy Bob Thornton. I always thought she'd be pretty adventurous sexually. As for a guy, definitely Robert Downey Jr. and I have no idea why. He's just my type of guy.

19)   What is coming up for you?

 I always have scenes coming out, but most of my focus has been on my Naked With Chanel episodes. I'd like to see how far I can go with it so I can reach the most people.
