Actress Emmy Rossum celebrates America's past on the Fourth of July with a #ThrowBackThursday shot of her last year on the beach during the United States' birthday. It's a wonderful thing to see. Nothing makes us feel more patriotic or feel ourselves up more. 

Isn't that what America is all about? You can keep your hot dog eating contest and firework displays, you flag waving and parades. That's not our America. It's not what our forefathers fought for. Maybe you heard of a little thing called freedom? Try it on sometime for size, then take it off like Emmy and let your freak flag fly.
