Hilary Duff Looks Buff in Bikini

It's been too long since we've heard from Hilary Duff, but she's back. And what a backside. And frontside. Frankly, she's been working out and you'll like the results. The blonde singer/actress has never looked hotter. Well, naked she'd look hotter, but this is about as close as we're likely to get.
