Hold on to your hats, folks, this is gonna be a wild ride. In what is potentially the most trailer trash story of all time, Kid Rock has been ordered by a judge to turn over a glass dildo given to him by a member of the Insane Clown Posse after it had been used to sexually harass a former female employee of the group.
According to The Detroit Free Press (link below), Rock has until August 6 to turn over the dildo.
According to the subpoena, Rock was given the item a couple of years ago by “Dirty Dan” Diamond, a former employee of Insane Clown Posse and Psychopathic Records.
During Diamond’s deposition last Friday in Las Vegas, he testified that he attempted to give Andrea (Andy) Pellegrini the phallic object, but she refused to accept it, according to a press release Monday from Pellegrini’s attorneys. Diamond then gave the piece to Kid Rock, the release said.
What's the over/under of number of times the phrase, "If you don't want this dildo, I'm just going to give it to Kid Rock," has been uttered? How many ICP cast-off glass dildos are floating around Kid Rock's McTrailer (it's like a McMansion, but a trailer)?
Pellegrini filed a lawsuit in September 2013 in the Oakland County Circuit Court, alleging wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation and infliction of emotional distress during her 3-year employment with ICP’s Psychopathic Records. An attorney for the group told the Free Press last year that the allegations were untrue.
Okay look, we all know these allegations are true. Of course they're true, the group has the word "Insane" right there in the name of their fucking band! I'm not unsympathetic to this woman's plight, and no one deserves to have a hostile work environment, but take a minute and look at that god damned picture of her bosses up there. What did you think was going to happen Andy?
There's so much awesome stuff in this story though, beyond just the dildo thing, which is awesome enough.
The lawsuit also alleges Pellegrini was asked to perform legal work she considered unethical.
Oh really? The men who wear clown makeup and store their weed in mason jars asked you to do unethical things?
The suit describes her experience at the 2012 Gathering of the Juggalos as “a living hell.”
