What The Actual Fuck Is This?

It's no secret that Terry Richardson is a pervert. He wears it like a badge of honor. Just look at that mustache. He's sort of like the polar opposite of Annie Leibovitz. Having said all that, I have no idea what the fuck is going on in this video. Is it a tribute to him? Mocking him? Mocking me for not knowing?  

Whatever's going on, at least it's got a nice beat you can dance to I suppose. There are worst things in life. Even still, what the actual fuck is this?
