Twenty Questions with Kleio Valentien

Quintessential Burning Angel star Kleio Valentien stars in host/director Joanna Angel's latest--"BBQ TitMasters", a parody of the TLC reality television competition show, "BBQ Pitmasters".  Valentien happens to hail from Texas so she knows her way around all kinds of meat (as porn fans already know) and she has been a large amount of Burning Angel releases.  With her lovely ink and lithe frame, Valentien is loved by fans of alt girls and if you haven't seen her in action, "BBQ TitMasters" is a fine place to check this lovely out.  Here are her answers to twenty questions.

1) What kind of girl were you back in high school? Who did you hang out with/date?

I grew up on a farm in Texas! I was a real country girl- I went to a really small school with just a handful of people in it. I spent most of
my childhood shooting guns, milking cows, gardening, hunting with my parents. A lot different than life out here!

Like most people in the small city I grew up in- I went to church every week. I was a bad girl and would sneak out and drink beers and smoke cigarettes and stuff- and the guys I hung out with were the other bad boys in Church! All us naughty kids hung out together.

2) Were you a porn fan before you got into the industry? Who were your favorite porn stars/favorite porn movies?

No! I didn't know anything about the industry at all. I had heard about Burning Angel through a friend- and then I checked it out... and thought working for them would be fun! I really wasn't even expecting to hear back from anyone. But I did! And then I was off to L.A. a few weeks later to shoot my first scene for Joanna. It was my first time on an airplane ever and my first time out of Texas.

3) How did you come up with your nom de porn?

When I first told my friends I was going off to L.A. to do porn, one of my good girlfriends was so excited for me. She was married with a few kids, and said, "I wish I had the balls to do that, I wish it was me," So I named myself after her! Her name is Kleio hahah- so she is like living vicariously through me. I didn't even have a last name for a while, I honestly made one up when I first made my Twitter account- because I couldn't just be "Kleio" or "Kleioxxx" they were all taken. I thought "Kleio Valentine" sounded good, and that name was taken. So I changed around the spelling and- there it was!

4) What/who do you want to do on-camera that you haven’t done yet?

I haven't done a DP yet- I am not sure if I will or if I won't. We will see! I try to pace myself because it keeps everything fun.

5) Who is your favorite male performer/female performer and why?

HA! Can I say Small Hands? Because he's one of my closest friends! And he said I was his favorite. And my favorite female performer is
definitely Nikki Hearts.

I would have to say other than that I love Tommy Pistol. In addition to always making me laugh, he always makes me so comfortable

6) You definitely keep in touch with your fans a bunch on Twitter. What do you like most about your fans?

Honestly I just think it's so crazy that I even have fans! I wasn't expecting any of this- and I love every moment of it. My fans feel like
my friends- and some of them are my friends! Seriously! They really are .

7) What’s your favorite position to get fucked in and why does it get you off?

I really like sex ! Ha ha- I like all positions. But I would have to say... spoon is my favorite. It's sexy and dirty at the same time!

8) What is your favorite barbecue dish? Joanna told us a couple of months ago that you are quite the home cook!

Cooking is definitely one of my passions and BBQ is my favorite. Due to my kitchen's limitations I can't cook BBQ as it should, but I am way into brisket, pulled pork, links, etc. All BBQ is awesome. I miss Texas for that reason!

9) What fetishes do you have that you think that your fans would be surprised by?

I like smoking a lot- ha ha- which some people are surprised by since I am also a fitness nut. Oh well! But I think smoking is sexy and I like it as a bad habit and as a fetish.

10) What is working for Joanna Angel like?

For a really long time - I didn't work for anyone but Joanna. Now I work for other companies and Burning Angel just feels like family. I mean, it really is family! Its my porno home base, and it's the main place to go see me.

11) What do you think of your sex scenes in “BBQ Titmasters”?

The last scene in the movie- with me, Necro, Sheena and Tommy- was the most fun scene I ever shot. I can't even explain it- you just have to see it! We were all laughing and getting off at the same time.

12) What do you think makes your Burning Angel scenes stand apart from your other work?

I put my heart into every scene that I do but obviously Burning Angel is known more for their humor , so I can be a little more of my goofy self on their sets than others! And I think the fact that I just know Joanna so well there is a level of comfort there I don't have on other sets.

13) Who are your role models in porn and how/why do they inspire you?

I like all the directors who hire me, they're all extremely talented and have taught me a lot.

14) What is your favorite type of scene to do?

I like it when there is a mix of guys and girls in scenes. Then I get a little of everything!

15) What is the best mainstream movie you have seen recently?

Recently, I watched Sinister with Ethan Hawke late at night and it seriously scared the hell out of me. I tried to sleep afterwards and
every creak in my apartment startled me.

16) How about the best porno movie? Is there someone whose movies you like to watch who is working now?

To be honest, I do not watch porn often. When I masturbate I consult my mental spank bank =)

17) Are you into toys to get yourself off alone or are you a low-tech woman?

You know, in the past, before I discovered the life changer that is the Hitachi Magic Wand, I never used any toy or device that was created for "muscle pain and fatigue"

18) If you could fuck any celebrity, who would it be? Give us your male and female choices.

Hmmmm, okay. Here we go, in no particular order; Johnny Depp, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, the lead chick in Orphan Black, Shannyn Sossamon, Christian Bale and Christina Applegate circa 1993.

19) What is coming up for you?

I just shot a new scene for Burning Angel, it was an I love Lucy spoof. It was campy and fun! It should be online sometime soon, not sure when! I'm also recently finished a feature for Wicked that will be out soon.
