THROWBACK THURSDAY–Let’s Help This Golden Age Lady!

The Rialto Report, an excellent podcast about Golden Age porn that you really should be listening to if you are a porn fan, interviewed porn superstar from back in the day Kay Parker about her life and her doings.  

Apparently, she is not doing all that great.  According to the Rialto Report's website, "we contacted Kay and learned that she is experiencing financial difficulties which have forced her out of her home. A few months ago she had to move out of her apartment and has effectively been homeless since then, relying on the kindness of friends for a place to stay. She would love to move into a place of her own, but has struggled to collect together enough money for a down payment to cover the first and last month’s rent plus a security deposit. Due to the low-paying nature of her work, she has little hope of coming up with this herself."

Parker is seventy years old.  No woman in her seventies should be in this position, and especially not a woman who has made so many people so damn happy in her life.  

The good folks at the Rialto Report have set up The Golden Age Appreciation Fund and Parker--who has been working as a "freelance New Age metaphysical counselor" sells ebooks and audio meditations through her website.  Give to the fund or shop on her website to help get this woman back on her feet.
