Who Didn’t Have A Crush On Winnie Cooper?

If you grew up in the 80s, then you probably had a crush on Winnie Cooper from The Wonder Years. Many hours were spent watching Danica McKellar on television and then dreaming about her at night. Well, Winnie Cooper is all grown up, but she still the woman of many men’s dreams, especially in this bright yellow and orange bikini.  

Sure, McKellar won our hearts on The Wonder Years and if you are a true McKellar fan then she won your heart again in the 2002 film Sex and The Teenage Mind. McKellar had a wonderful scene in her underwear, which most likely fulfilled the dreams of many Winnie Cooper fans who wondered what she looked like in matching bra and panties (the answer is awesome). But, McKellar also won over our brains. She’s a math geek, and I don’t mean she’s just really smart. McKellar co-wrote a scientific paper while she was an undergrad titled:  

Percolation and Gibbs states multiplicity for ferromagnetic Ashkin-Teller models on

I have no idea what any of that means, but damn it if it isn’t sexy. McKellar has the perfect girl-next-door looks and the brains to match.  

Danica McKellar will always have a special place in my heart, as well as the hearts of any other boy who dreamed of having his first kiss with Winnie Cooper. Every time I see McKellar, be it in a bikini or not, she always makes me feel like that kid who wanted to be Kevin Arnold.
