There's one thing I know for sure: there's no better feeling then getting something off of your chest. But what happens when that something is your bikini top and not just an emotional issue? Oh, and I almost forgot to add that it also just so happens to occur on national television while you're showing off your hot bikini-clad body during the Miss California pageant. Yeah, ouch! Buck up, Chanelle Riggan. You might not have won the crown, but your boobs will forever be ingrained in our hearts!

I just have to say this because, well, it needs to be said! Whenever a hot pageant chick like Chanelle ends up slipping a nip or losing her top I always find myself frustrated when they don't win. I swear, each and every time one of those beautiful ladies shows off some flesh it's almost as though America instantly says a great big "NO!". Personally, I think that getting to see her boobs just made her that much more appealing! Yeah, I am one strangely perverted woman.
