Sorry You Didn’t Win An Oscar, Have A Vibrator

We often hear actors and actresses say after not winning award, “It’s an honor just to be nominated”, but I think the real honor in the nomination is awesome gift bag they get to take home. Take this year’s Academy Award nominees gift bag, you’ve trips, treats, and a $250 Afterglow vibrator. Yep, that’s right, a vibrator. I guess the best way to deal with your loss is vibrate away the sadness.  

According to the Afterglow website the vibrator is:

That is one fancy vibrator. I guess it shouldn’t be too surprising, I mean, only the best for the crème of the crop Hollywood actresses, right?  

I feel the need to point out that the Academy isn’t handing out these bags, it’s a company called Distinctive Assets. Though, I’m sure we could all make the argument that people nominated for awards, especially Academy Awards, don’t really need gift bags with a $250 Afterglow vibrator inside. Odds are they already have one or they could buy one really easily. Then again, maybe some of them have always wanted one, but were too afraid to buy it.
