Here Comes The Pope, Better Hide The Topless Nun Billboard

I guess if the Pope is coming to town maybe you want to cover up the billboard of the topless nun selling jeans. Then again, Pope Francis is kind of a cool Pope, so he might not mind.  

Naples, Italy will soon have a visit from his holiness, but some people are concerned about the Rossodisera clothing billboard that depicts a nun wearing her habit headpiece, jeans, and covering her beautiful large breasts with a rosary. I mean she’s pretty much covered. Sure, there is some awesome under boob, but there are no nipples showing, and besides, Eve was nude in the Garden of Eden. While some in the town consider this ugly and mean, others think Rossodisera is committing blasphemy. The company claims they never had any intention to cause such a stir and that they came up with the idea for this ad long before the Pope announced his visit. Rossodisera released a statement to Gazzetta del Sud, which in part said:  

“We realized we made a strong marketing choice but there was no blasphemous intent.”

No word if Rossodisera has any plans to take the billboard down. Look, I get that you want to make a good impression for the Pope, but really there’s no reason to take down the billboard. I’m sure there are plenty of other streets with many non-topless nun billboards. But then again, this Pope is kind of cool.
