Coming to Fox Japan, Fridays this Fall, it's the new reality show that's sweeping the nation: "So You Think You Can Sing Karaoke & Get A Handjob At The Same Time?"

A user on Reddit (link below) posted this video although it has since been taken down on YouTube. While this certainly isn't the weirdest Japanese game show I've ever seen, it's up there. The first contestant gets a handy from the handjob nurse, who even gives him a foot job at one point in time...

I promise you, he is in it to win it.

You have to feel bad for the nurse. I like to picture her coming home after a long day of work, jerking off these American Idol rejects, and then having to give her dingus boyfriend a handjob. Kudos to her for not blowing her brains out.
