Many people love to roller skate, including model Bar Refaeli. Fear of falling kept me from getting the hang of roller skating, but it looks like Bar Refaeli is fearless. And pants-less. That’s true courage.
Of course this could all be for some kind of campaign, but I’m not sure for which one. I really don’t think it’s for attention because who doesn’t want to pay attention to Bar Refaeli? She’s been featured in or been on the covers of Elle, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, GQ, Esquire, Glamour, and Harper's Bazaar. In 2009 Refaeli was featured on the cover of the famous Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, and then in 2012 Maxim named her #1 for its annual Hot 100 List. I don’t know if roller skating with no pants on puts her near the top of the 2015 Hot 100 List, but it surely means she'll go on the list automatically. Sure, falling down is a concern because of injury, but with no pants there’s also the concern of showing something you may not want the world to see. Then again, if you didn’t want the world to see, you would go roller skating sans pants.
Forget scraping a knee, I would be too worried about scraping something a little more sensitive. But Bar Refaeli is more fearless than I, and for that, I applaud her.
