When you are considered the saddest girl in Sweden, one would guess that Tove Lo’s concerts are all dark with the stage covered in dead flowers, and at the end you’d feel pretty crappy. You’d be dead wrong, you’d actually leave a Tove Lo show with an extra kick in your step because Tove Lo might just flash you her boob.
If you haven’t heard of Tove Lo, I have a feeling you’ll soon be seeing her everywhere. Her 2014 debut album studio album Queen of the Clouds landed at number 14 on the U.S. Billboard 200 and one of the singles from the album "Habits (Stay High)" hit number 3 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. Lo got the chance to open for Katy Perry during part of her Prismatic World Tour and she had a song on the The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1 film soundtrack. She even writes songs for a lot of other singers including Lea Michele, Ellie Goulding, and Hilary Duff. Though I have a feeling Lo will soon be known for having great live shows. When you and your music is described by Rolling Stone as "Sweden's darkest pop export” you probably want to do whatever you can to shake off that title. Then again, maybe she’s not, but boobs tend to make me happy so I don’t see what’s so dark about her.
Maybe we should start describing Tove Lo as Sweden’s version of Madonna, only slightly darker, but still with great boobs.
