Throwback Thursday Porn Review–Video-X-Pix’s “Barbara Broadcast”

"Barbara Broadcast" is a true golden age treasure directed by Henry Paris starring the inimitable beauty Annette Haven in the title role.  Haven is a sexpert author who doles out blowjobs and fucks to her fans.  The dialogue throughout this comedy is truly funny with lots of super one-liners and the sex in this is top-notch greatness.  The cast in this is pretty amazing too--Constance Money, Jamie Gillis, C.J. Laing, Sharon Mitchell, Suzanne McBain....it's really, really something how good porn looked back then.  I know a lot of it is the very loving restoration that was done on this title but still, it is stunning stuff.

I met Haven a long time ago in San Francisco and she was still as radiant twenty years after this movie as she is in it.  She credited her yoga routine but really, I think it's the lust that people hold for her that just powers her beauty.  

Back to the DVD, I also have a VCA ten year old edition of this and this Video-X-Pix version kicks its ass completely.  The extras here are amazing but wow, this film is still as sexy as ever.  Chow down on this, Fleshbot readers.  This is some yummy, yummy golden fare.
