Men are quick to talk about how frequently they jerk off. At night, in the morning, when they're sexting, when they're texting, on their lunch breaks, in the car, in the shower, and occasionally in public bathrooms. They make it sound so casual, like they're washing their hands or combing their hair, and it's mentioned in movies like it's something that goes hand in hand with empty pizza boxes.

But for as much as we hear about guys jerking off, we rarely see them do it. It's gratifying to watch it happen in a video online, of course—but it's not quite the same as seeing someone you know, someone you want, right there in the flesh, stroking his cock. The guys you date or the guys you fuck will say it seductively over the phone or in a text sometimes—an answer to "what are you doing right now?" during a playful conversation or a request for something sexy. But we rarely ever see it happen.

Maybe it's the terminology we use—jerking vs. stroking, a fervent act committed wearing dirty socks or a more languid and erotic motion meant to seduce. Watching a guy touch himself without knowing he's being watched is hot, but having him stroke himself in front of you is even hotter. There's eye contact and a deliberate initial slowness that's mesmerizing, gluing you in place even though half your body wants to lurch forward and take over. 

That said, guys will rarely give you the pleasure.
