Is Chloe Sevigny Mooning The Ocean?

Whenever I think of the perfect hot, crazy girl, I think of Chloe Sevigny. Whenever you need an actress who can pull off both wacky and sexy, there is no one better than Chloe Sevigny. Now, I’m not saying she’s crazy, but I think she might be mooning the ocean.  

Sure, a wave could have come along and crashed on her back causing a large amount of water to get stuck in her bikini bottom, but I don’t see any pictures of any waves crashing on Chloe Sevigny. All I see is her yanking down (or up) her bikini bottoms and giving the water a peek at her cheeks. She does also seem to be laughing and let’s be honest if you are going to moon the ocean, why wouldn’t you be laughing? So, she might be crazy or this might just be a crazy moment, I can’t say for sure. What I can say is that all of her non-mooning the ocean pictures are pretty damn sexy. Chloe Sevigny has a pretty awesome body, so that probably makes it kind of easy for her to play the hot and crazy girl. Of course Chloe Sevigny can also pull of the hot and sexy girl.  

Whether Chloe Sevigny is mooning the ocean or not, it really doesn’t take away from her sexiness. In fact, it might actually might just make her a little sexier because sometimes, crazy can be pretty damn sexy.
