It's 1974 and a 34-year-old advertising executive meets a 27-year-old model in a hotel bar. A few months later, both ditch their respective marriages and families and run off to shack up in the country together. He is so overwrought by her unconventional beauty that he borrows a camera and begins to take intimate photographs of her. In 1983 they begin trying to publish the photos in a book called "One Beautiful Woman—One Hundred and One Pictures"—and 23 years later they finally resign themselves to the fact that the next best thing to publishing a book would be putting all of the photos on the internet for everyone to enjoy. Now that's the kind of happy ending we can definitely appreciate.
