Danica Dillon Suing Alleged Assaulter/Definite Scumbag Josh Duggar

Gorgeous porn star Danica Dillon is suing the human piece of toxic waste known as reality television star Josh Duggar for monetary damages following multiple alleged sexual assaults she endured while he was an escorting client of hers.  

According to the court documents she filed on Tuesday, she states that Duggar “assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries” during two different encounters they had. Dillon is suing Duggar for half a million dollars. The lawsuit also states that Dillon is being treated by a psychiatrist for severe anxiety following these alleged incidents.

Duggar met Dillon at a Philadelphia strip club, where he tipped her upwards of $600 according to the court documents, and she agreed to have sex with him in a hotel room later that night for more money. She claims that Duggar was rough with her without her consent to the point where she felt "raped," and that it all happened again a month later when he apologized for his previous behavior and paid her more money to get her alone in a hotel room again, where he again assaulted her.

The fact that hooking is illegal mean that she had a lot less protection from this guy hurting her, and that's just wrong. Also, not everybody is into rough sex, and if they are, they should definitely feel safe enough to put the brakes on anything that doesn't feel right.  

I personally hope that she wins her case as a victory for sex workers everywhere who have not had their limits honored. Hope you heal up well, honey.
