Is Rumer Willis Sunbathing Topless?

It would appear that Rumer Willis is soaking up the sun sans top. Sure, it could be a strapless bikini and the angle that she snapped the selfie is blocking us from seeing the strap, but also it's Rumer Willis. She could very well be sunbathing topless. The only question is, is she sunbathing topless somewhere sunbathing topless is allowed? That's a much harder question to answer.

Then again, we are Rumer Willis you can probably get away with things that other people can't, including sunbathing topless wherever you want. We may never know, but one thing we do know is she's rocking a thong bikini and it looks pretty damn amazing. Hell, even when Rumer Willis is rocking a one-piece bathing suit it's pretty damn sexy. Though, if I had to pick I'd go with the topless thong bikini Rumer Willis each and every time. Seriously though, is she sunbathing topless? This is going to bug me all day.

Whether she is or isn't it doesn't take away from the overall awesomeness of these two Instagram posts. Rumer Willis is hot in a thong bikini and in a one-piece bathing suit. Maybe someone from the resort where she is will say something on social media, I don't know. Still, Rumer Willis hot.
