Whenever you see one of those commercials for a miracle weight loss pill or new fancy fat-sucking procedure, if you look close enough, you can tell the before and after photos are either doctored for the models or are actually two different people. Yeah, it's all a sham. One thing that isn't a sham: Katherine Heigl's sexiness. It's on full display in this Instagram pic.

This a real before and after pic, but the crazy thing is that all three are pretty damn sexy. I'm pretty sure Katherine Heigl is trying to show her progress in losing the baby weight, but had I not known that is what she was doing, I would have thought Katherine Heigl was doesn't showing off her sexy body. Sure, bikini Katherine Heigl is the best, but lingerie Katherine Heigl is nothing to shake a stick at. And let's not forget panties and t-shirt Katherine Heigl, that's very sexy in its own right. Yeah, Katherine Heigl is all kinds of sexy and that sexiness is clear to see.

You know, this has me wondering if Katherine Heigl might have a new nude scene coming our way. That would really be the icing on the Katherine Heigl sexy cake. Of course, it's totally her decision, and if she just wants to keep showing off her bikini on Instagram, we'll be happy with that.
