Vivid Offers Miss Colombia $1 Million to Start a Porn Career

How far away are porn and pageantry, anyway? 

Vivid founder Steve Hirsch has stepped up to the Steve Harvey/Miss Universe plate with a mighty swing: He wants Miss Colombia to cast her eyes away from the mess that is that (very fleeting) pageant, and instead turn toward something more lucrative and longterm—porn. In fact, he's offered her $1 million to star in a series of Vivid's productions, ultimately representing the company overall. And it gets better. Not only would he allow her full control—from her partners to the type of sex—but he'd also give her a crown of her very own: The Vivid Girl crown. It might seem like a massive leap for a participant in a relatively buttoned up pageant (we all know what happens to pageant girls who show up nude elsewhere), but it's not a bad move if Adriana wants to break into show biz. Consider part of Hirsch's letter to the 1st runner up: 

“Try to think about the names of former Miss Universe or Miss America title holders. The only name that most people remember is Vanessa Williams. Celebrity sex tapes we have distributed have enhanced the careers of stars such as Kim Kardashian, Kendra Wilkinson, Pamela Anderson and many others.”

Damn. The man has a point.
