Few Shower Scenes Have Been This Awesome

We all remember where we were when we first saw that trailer for Starship Troopers (1997). I couldn't have been more excited. I still fondly remember seeing that movie and not understanding why everyone was all about Casper Van Dien, but my god, I loved that movie. Still do love it to this day. How could you not love Dina Meyer in the shower?

Honestly, I'm kind of judge-y when it comes to this movie. Let's just say I had a few testy conversations with someone I called a friend over this movie. Sure, it was campy and it didn't always make a lot of sense, but damn it, it had some the best nudity of any film from 1997. You know, I'd be willing to lay odds it still holds up today. Maybe not the plot, the acting, or the special effects, but the nudity holds up. Oh, that Starship Troopers nudity will forever be apart of cinematic history. Really the only thing that could make made the movie better would have been if it had been Denise Richards' nude debut. Still, she had a couple of moments and that is still good enough for me.

A new 4K Blu-Ray of Starship Troopers will be released so, if you haven't pre-ordered your copy, you might want to get on that. And get ready to clear your weekend for a great trip down nude memory lane.
