Chyna Is Dead at the Age of 46

Wrestling superstar/Vivid Girl/Vivid Celeb star Chyna AKA Joanie Laurer was found dead in her Redondo Beach, California apartment yesterday by a friend. The cause of death is currently unknown but the police say that there were no signs of foul play.

She was one of wrestling's top female stars and porn fans know her for her two Red Light District celebrity sex tape releases, "1 Night in China" and "Another Night in China", along with her work for Vivid Celeb which was the sex tape "Backdoor to Chyna" and later on as a Vivid contract performer. Her last Vivid movie was 2011's "She-Hulk XXX: An Axel Braun Parody".

Chyna also appeared on the very first season of VH1's Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew where she openly shared her struggle with alcoholism with the world. She also appeared on many TV shows such as 3rd Rock From The Sun and some made-for-TV movies. 

In her 2001 autobiography, "If They Only Knew," she described herself as "part feminist, part superhero" and those are two things that every woman should try their best to be, in my opinion. I truly hope that her death was peaceful and painless. She made a lot of people really happy.
