Michelle Jenneke Continues to Win Gold on Instagram

Only Four More Years Until We See Michelle Jenneke Hurdle Again!

As sad as I am to report that your favorite 100m hurdler and mine, Michelle Jenneke, finished 6th in her heat and didn’t make it past the first round, I think we can still call her a winner. I mean, I think it’s safe to say she’s winning hanging out by the pool rocking an awesome bikini in the Olympic Village.  

I think we all really wanted to see Michelle Jenneke continue rocking her official Olympic hurdler-er (Hurdlerist? Hurdlery? I’m not sure what to call someone who hurdles) in the final, but seeing her in a bikini is far from the silver medal. While I’m sure she is disappointed, she wears it well. I have often wondered what life is like after your event, and Michelle Jenneke is giving me one sexy answer. Winning a gold medal, but getting to hang out at the pool with your friends, some might say that’s a gold medal. If you ask me, Michelle Jenneke in a bikini is the real gold medal.  

Even though the next summer Olympics are four years away, I don’t think Michelle Jenneke is going anywhere. She has managed to get all of us interested in hurdles so I think we are all going to keep an out for the next qualifying event or we’ll just keep a close eye on her Instagram account.
