Rachael Really Rocks
Retired porn star Rachael Madori is one of the most awesome chicks I have ever met in my time around the adult industry, and I am absolutely happy that she is doing only what makes her feel complete joy in every single thing she does. We were lucky to have what she has already shared, you know? Here are some song picks of hers:
"'Thief' - Ookay. This song has been there for me in so many good and bad situations alike. It’s helped shake me out of depression, it’s made me realize what a beautiful day it is, it’s reminded me to hug my man a little closer. I can’t even pinpoint what it is exactly or how this song effects me so deeply but it hits me deeply somewhere every time I hear it. Maybe it’s the brass, my soul is a sucker for brass.
'Time' - Pink Floyd. Just indescribable how many levels this song holds to it. I grew up listening to Pink Floyd. It brings me back memories of waking up camping to the crackle and smell of a camp fire and Time playing in the background. As I got older and really started to understand the lyrics over the years it impacted me even more. Perhaps a little dark but it’s always reminded and encouraged me to explore life to the fullest extent.
'Dream On' - Aerosmith. Another classic. Whenever I’m feeling down I can usually put this on the count on a pick me up. Something about his voice makes me feel like I can do anything. That’s something I don’t recognize in music as much this does, the passion coming from this piece is undeniable.
'Nirvana' - Sam Smith. I actually can’t listen to this song all the time because it makes me so emotional. This was basically the theme song to mine and my fiancés relationship when we were just starting out which sounds very cheesy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I can’t hear this song without thinking about falling in love with him all over again.
'Bad Blood' - Nao. Another one that just brings a smile to my face. We’ve all been in a situation where there was bad blood between us and someone else. Whether it was love, friendship or family - we’ve all been there. On top of the lyrics, I love the smooth melody and the “Ooo”’s in the background of the chorus always swoon me."
