Pamela Anderson Disses Porn in a Major Way

CELEBRITY

Pam Thinks You Are a Loser

Playboy Playmate of note/actress Pamela Anderson (shown above in her appearance on E!'s "reality" TV series "The Girls Next Door") along with her rabbi friend Scmuley Boteach, did an op-ed for the The Wall Street Journal that asks readers to stop using porn. The piece is a response of sorts to politician Anthony Weiner's latest bit of sexting trouble. (He has been down this road before.)

"From our respective positions of rabbi-counselor and former Playboy model and actress, we have often warned about pornography's corrosive effects on a man's soul and on his ability to function as husband and, by extension, as father," the two said in the piece. "This is a public hazard of unprecedented seriousness given how freely available, anonymously accessible and easily disseminated pornography is nowadays."

"We must educate ourselves and our children to understand that porn is for losers," the two go on to say, "a boring, wasteful and dead-end outlet for people too lazy to reap the ample rewards of healthy sexuality."

So yeah, the woman who has made millions of dollars and made millions of fans for being consensually nude in public is completely insulting everyone who enjoyed her work. (She was well-compensated for that sex tape of her with now-ex-husband Tommy Lee, by the way.) The woman who has been on the cover of Playboy magazine more times than any other woman in the history of the magazine has insulted every single fan she has. No one watched "Barb Wire" for her acting. Just saying . . . so yeah, give her future projects a pass.
