For most of us, a day at the beach is all about relaxing. You just want to kick back, maybe have a cold drink, soak up some sun, and take a dip in the ocean. But there are a few, like Briana Evigan, who see the beach as a perfect place to get in a bikini workout. Hey, Briana Evigan, you do whatever you want to do at the beach in a bikini.  

And of course, no day at the beach would be complete for Briana Evigan if she didn’t post everything on Instagram. Of course she gave us a video of her workouts, which is awesome because: 1. Bonus, she also decided to snap a couple of pics of her just hanging out on the beach. Damn, Briana Evigan has a fantastic bikini body.  

Look, I’m all for just hanging out at the beach not doing a damn thing, but if Briana Evigan shows up, then I guess it’ll be time to get a workout in. Well, I’m not going to workout, but I’ll watch. Hey, that’s going to get my (and your) heart rate going, and that’s the point of a workout anyway.
