Check Out Some of 2016's BDSM Best!

BDSM and all kinds of things formerly considered alternative sexual practices are more in the mainstream than ever. Hey, our president-elect just might enjoy getting peed on in the brave new world we live in! One of the most anticipated movies of the next few months--"Fifty Shades Darker"--is based on a series of BDSM-themed romance novels. Walk in to any Hot Topic in any mall in this vast land of ours and fashion forward, pop star approved BDSM gear is ready to be worn and removed by our nation's ready consumers. This is all wonderful stuff as more people than ever are willing to try new stuff out to sexually satisfy themselves and a world with more sexual freedom and awareness is a world I would love to inhabit.

There were fifteen movies nominated for Best BDSM Movie at the upcoming AVN Awards and these five are the ones that I would definitely recommend spending your time and cash on.

Kink's "Deception: A XXX Thriller"

Available in our store on DVD or available for viewing on Kink's Hogtied website, this plot-driven feature directed by AVN Web Director of the Year nominee The Pope is one you won't soon forget. The suspenseful thriller focuses on two women--Veruca James and Cherry Torn--who are on vacation and head to a peaceful cabin in the woods for some relaxation. Well, things at this remote retreat just are not what they first seemed to be and the extreme kinky doings in this are pretty incredible. The movie is also nominated for Best Editing, Best Soundtrack, Most Outrageous Sex Scene for one of the exchanges between James and Pope and James' performance is a strong runner for Best Actress. James disappears into her fear and lust in this compelling movie.

Burning Angel's "Joanna Angel Dominantly Submissive"

AVN Hall of Fame performer/director Joanna Angel did an excellent job with this star showcase and it has been a pleasure watching her embrace her love for kink over the years. She has her fabulous line of signature Stockroom BDSM toys and wearables and she gives us movies like this one where we get to see her engage in various kinky scenarios. Angel is Jean Valjean's latex-wearing secretary in one scene and in a hot BGG threeway, she shares pony girl Anna de Ville with her dominant husband/AVN Male Performer of the Year nominee Small Hands. Shown above in white latex, Angel gets the double penetration action she desires from Bill Bailey and Jon Jon. Domme Lorelei Lee gives Angel some fine girl/girl working over in their hot scene in this.

Severe Sex's "Kinky Fantasy Club"

Directed by Dee Severe, this BDSM vignette release about a strip club where men's BDSM fantasies come true is most definitely a labor of love. The art direction in this in making this club into all of the fantasies that the men have. A special cocktail leads the men into their desires and a whole lot of fun is had. Democrat Ela Darling gives fine head in her scene in this and Alura Jenson  is busty and delightfully cruel to Dominik Kross while he is bound to a Saint Andrew's cross. AVN All-Girl Performer of the Year nominee Lily Cade and Charlotte Cross do a super girl/girl scene while Tony Orlando watches and Casey Calvert submits beautifully to AVN Male Performer of the Year nominee Tommy Pistol in their intense pairing. AVN Best New Starlet nominee Kira Noir's stripper moves are sensuous perfection in her boy/girl scene with Brad Knight.

New Sensations' "The Submission of Emma Marx: Exposed"

This feature is the last in the gorgeously written and directed trilogy by AVN Director of the Year nominee Jacky St. James that tells the story of the sexual life journey of Emma Marx, played by Penny Pax. Pax has won Best Actress for her performance in this role in previous entries in the series and she is up for that coveted award again courtesy of her poignant performance in this. This movie brought me to tears with its storytelling and wow, the action in this is incendiary. Also nominated in this are Eddie Powell's camerawork, St. James' screenplay, Van Wylde for his grounding acting presence and Richie Calhoun for his incredibly great performance in this as Marx's doomed husband. 

Kink's "Whipped Ass 14"

Also available on DVD in our store or up for viewing on Kink's Whipped Ass site, the lesbian BDSM action on this site and in this edition of the series is all very, very hot. Chanel Preston beats Kimmy Lee at billiards and the strap-on anal that Preston doles out afterward is impressive stuff. AVN Hall of Famer Francesca Le does a very rare for her these days submissive scene at the cruel and strong hands of Aiden Starr. Audrey Noir gets beaten into shape by Mistress Kara in a hot fitness-themed exchange.
