What kind of girl were you back in school? Who did you hang out with/date?

"School was complicated for me! I went to four or five different schools, and it's sort of incredible how quickly I managed to become extremely unpopular wherever I went. I was really sweet, very naive, and lived in my own little world. It wasn't uncommon for me to skip all of my classes so I could go read books in a pine tree in the recess yard. I'd climb all the way up to the top so no one could see me, and stay there all day, getting covered in sap. I hung out out with the art club kids- i'm still close to a few! We were an odd bunch, I remember wearing all black and listening to MCR and being really fucking hyper all the time. I didn't date anyone! Teenage boys kinda freaked me out, to be honest! I started dating my best guy friend a couple weeks before I left high school- I left early- and dated him until I was about 18."

Were you a porn fan before you got into the industry? Who were your favorite porn stars/favorite porn movies?

"I wouldn't say i was a porn fan before i got into the industry, because i didn't know a lot about it; i would say i was a porn enthusiast. Most of what I knew was stuff I stumbled onto on accident, and always found it really fascinating and hot. I grew up in a religious environment that looked down on women as sexual beings, so it took me awhile after leaving home to feel comfortable admitting to myself i was interested in porn- I always thought the idea of women having sex on camera as a career seemed so powerful and bad ass to me. the first time I remember thinking 'I want to do that!' I was 18, and had just read an interview with Sasha Grey online somewhere, and was totally blown away by her. I thought she was so relevant, and sexy! i wanted to be just like her! I hadn't even seen any of her porn, and didn't have to. Just her openness and fierceness was enough to change my life and opened that Pandora's box- she encouraged me to start exploring my own sexuality, which was a big step for 18 year old me."

How did you become a porn performer? What led you down that career path?

"I actually got my start through mainstream modeling! I was an art nude, glamour, and fashion model full-time for the past 7 years. I would occasionally shoot fetish with a few different companies (such as @bitchslapstudios on Twitter), and eventually even started shooting a little hardcore, but kept it super top secret from my public life. Last year sometime I realized how much I loved working in porn, and just decided to embrace it- if it makes me happy, why was I so determined to keep it hidden? So I got back in touch with my porn agency, and started traveling between the city I lived in, and L.A. for the occasional shoot. Then about five months ago, I made the move to L.A. to shoot full time...and now I'm now the Penthouse Pet of the Month! Life can be such an unexpected and amazing journey. I think this is the most fulfilled I've felt in my life."

What/who do you want to do on-camera that you haven’t done yet?

"Oh my god, the options! I'm shooting for Penthouse at the end of the month, with a couple of the other Pets from this year...and they're all such babes, holy cow. I can't wait. I would also love to shoot with Amber Ivy, Riley Reid, Ivy Aura, Adriana Chechik...my girl-crush list could wrap around the block. and as for what I want to shoot...I have so many ideas! I really love shooting features. Basically, if I could shoot features every day for the rest of my life, I would. Sex and storytelling are two of my favorite things in life :) I also am looking forward to doing my first anal scene...! I won't give any spoilers yet, but you should keep an eye out on my Twitter to see what happens with that ;) Eventually, down the line, I want to get behind the camera and start directing my own films. but that's going to take awhile, because I need to learn the ropes first."

Who is your performer to work with and why?

"I've really enjoyed everyone I've shot with so far! Danny Mountain and Mia Malkova were total favorites of mine- how are they so hot and so damn adorable at the same time. couple goals, for real. You seem to really love your fans and respond to them a lot on Twitter. Tell me how having this fan base has changed your life.

"My fan base is so cool! I only recently created a Twitter account. I feel like I've been really fortunate to have a fan base- for both my mainstream and adult work- that is really responsive and supportive. I don't know if that's rare, but it feels pretty rare. I realized how it had changed my life when I actually started bumping some of the people who have been following my work. It can be totally random- someone will recognize me at a grocery store, or a concert, on a subway, and say hi. It's really neat and inspiring when I'm approached my someone who appreciates my work and is stoked to meet me. I know it sounds cheesy, but I put so much thought and heart into everything I do, and it makes me want to cry happy tears when I find out it's actually impacted someone else."

What do you love most about doing girl/girl scenes?

"I love g/g scenes! I find women so fucking sexy, and I love the connection I feel with other women- we can relate on a level where we can giggle and make dumb jokes and then eat each other out and orgasm like crazy in a scene, then go get tacos and talk about periods. I'm also interested in the more political side of this industry, and want to find ways to promote awareness and advocate for sex workers, in this country as well as internationally. These goals will take time, but I'm not going anywhere."

What do you think that people get wrong the most in how they make love to a woman?

"They rush things and don't communicate. I get it- we all want to make a woman get off fast, and we want to be the person who just magically knows all the spots that make her cum instantly. but 99.999999% of the time, you probably won't. So just take a deep breath, get out of your head, and start listening to her words and body language. "I have a lot of role models in porn I think because I'm pretty new at this, I've been learning something new from basically all the people I'm around on set. I adore Riley Reid, Mia Malkova, Jenna Sativa, Christiana Cinn...gorgeous ladies who are really killin' it. I could learn a lot from them! I also have some role models that aren't performers- for example, Kelly Holland, the owner of Penthouse. She's such a strong, intelligent woman in this industry, and I have a lot of respect for that."

What about your career in porn makes you the happiest?

"I'm doing what I love! I'm an actress by nature, and nothing makes me happier than being on set, working. and if work involves banging some of the hottest people I've ever seen...I think I'm winning at life! Ha ha!"
What is the best mainstream movie you have seen recently?

"Good god, it's been ages since I've seen a movie in theaters. I recently saw the animated version of 'The Little Prince' on Netflix and basically cried like a baby the entire time. It's so sweet. I also just saw 'What We Do in the Shadows', which is a mockumentary about this group of nerdy vampires who are also roommates. I went into it expecting it to suck (no pun intended ha ha ha) but it's actually so funny. I mean, it's cheesy, but just watch it. You'll laugh."

How about the best porno movie? Is there someone whose movies you like to watch who is working now?

"You know, someone I haven't checked out any of their videos yet, but I really need to- Charlotte Sartre is such a Snow-White-gone-very-bad, and I have a total crush on her. I just saw she put out a feature with Burning Angel where she does a double anal and I *must see it*."
