Pornhub Premium Is the Streaming Service You Can Get Off To

So, OK. I've heard quite a bit of buzz about "the Netflix of Porn" while I've been perusing the interwebs (a task that substantiates most of my day, if we're being honest), and I've been curious. 

To call something the Netflix of anything seems to be a bold statement, you know? The content has to be on-demand AND ad-free, as ads are the worst things ever, particularly the proliferating kind usually found on porn sites. It also has to have original content - you know, stuff made just for the streaming service, along with content from other outlets (preferably high quality), and stuff you can't find anywhere else. That, to me, is what makes a subscription service worth paying for. Could anything really be the Netflix of Porn? 

I wasn't sure, which is why I set out to do a Pornhub premium review of my own. The offer a 7-day free trial, which is delightfully within my budget, and I got to exploring. At first, I was a bit confused - after logging in, everything looked exactly the same. Until I noticed the gold stars, that is. 

Perk No. 1: Exclusive, longer content

As it turns out, once you log in, all of the premium content is marked with a gold star in the corner that lets you know it's special content. The first thing I was shocked by was the sheer volume of premium content on there - there really is so much, and it's all full-length scenes, which I absolutely love. I'm used to only seeing snippets on tube sites, so getting to watch as much or as little as I like was really awesome. 

Perk No. 2: No ads

This was a big deal to me - I can hang with ads on Pandora, but I really can't do it on tube sites. So many ads in the adult industry are pop-unders (or overs), new windows that boot you out of the video you wanted to watch, and make it impossible to close out of all your tabs after a session. (And, you know, there are viruses.) Not having ads also makes the Pornhub page way less cluttered, which I'm into. 

Perk No. 3: Full-length DVDs

This was one of the most surprising elements of the site. There are something like 13,000 full-length DVDs available on premium (including descriptions), which is a shitload of content. It also makes it easy to check out the more plot-driven stuff without actually ordering a DVD online.

Perk No. 4: Access to high-quality Pornhub VR 

I mean, need I say more? VR is the bomb dot com, and despite the buzz, it's hard to find good stuff. 

There are more perks - it's actually the same price as Netflix, there are tons of premium channels not available on the free site, premium stuff is all high quality, etc. - but I was already pretty hooked. While you can subscribe to a variety of other membership sites for porn studios and performers (and you should), it's hard to get a diverse variety of content all in one place. Pornhub Premium is good for Pornhub Community Amateur stuff, short clips from your favorite studios, long clips from you favorite studios, VR, DVDs, and way more. 

If you enjoy the tube site experience, this is an affordable subscription to add to your arsenal.
