“4 Inches”

We hate to spoil whatever pleasant mental image you may have of what Christina Aguilera, Rachel Hunter, Victoria Beckham, and Serena Williams look like naked by introducing Elton John into the equation—but he is the one responsible for getting these and other female celebrities to bare all but their Jimmy Choos for charity, so we couldn't really avoid bringing him up. We have it on excellent authority, however, that Sir Elton does not himself appear nude in the book, no matter what its title may lead you to believe.
