Meet Maria DeMartino

"Things don't just happen for you—you have to make them happen!" So says "model and entrepreneur" (and all-around hottie) Maria DeMartino on the splash page of her online portfolio, and while we assume that inspirational statement has something to do with her career as a fitness model, personal trainer, and owner of a tanning salon, we couldn't help but notice that it might also apply to her campaign to become the next Double XL covergirl as well. She's sure earned our vote.
