There are few things in this world hotter than traffic violations. That's why male and female officers are so rarely teamed up to check out license plate numbers, registration tags and curb heights. Writing tickets together creates such a sexually-charged atmosphere that they will inevitably end up fucking in the back of the police van. (Just think of all the overtime!)
