Now That's Our Kind Of Date
Oh my goodness, bless my soul! The good people over at the hotness factory that is Nerve have come up with a brilliant innovation (in hotness): a Nerve date with, not one, but two people in it. We may never recover from this one. (nerve.com, login: freemonth/password: nervedate) -

Nerve Finds Magic (And Boobs!) In Staten Island
The last Nerve Date that we went on ended with a vicious vampire attack... so we were a little leery about putting our faith in Nerve again. But since they swore up and down that it was just going to be a pleasant ferry ride, and that there'd nothing more dangerous than a little seasickness, well, we decided to give it another go, and see if maybe things would work out a little better this time. And what do you know, it did! Stephanie treated us to a fine time on (and off) the ferry. Take a peek—we have a feeling you'll enjoy it just as much as we did. More » -

Tricks, Treats, And Naked Girls!
It looks like we're not the only ones who've gotten into the Halloween spirit: the latest Nerve Date is full of tricks and treats, with sexy Annette inviting us to guess her costume. (We guessed "naked girl," but apparently we were wrong.). As a bonus treat, Nerve's even offering a free month of Nerve Premium to all you cheapskates: for the next thirty days, you can see all the good stuff (by which we mean "naked people") without paying a single cent. "Nerve: The First Ten Years" Celebrates A Decade Of Alternative Stimulation
Six years ago, a certain Fleshbot editrix was cutting her sex-on-the-web teeth as an intern at Nerve.com, learning all about the budding world of online media (and more than a little about sex, too). So it's with more than a bit of nostalgia that we leaf through the pages of "Nerve: The First Ten Years," a beautiful tome that pays tribute to a website that's been one of the online world's pre-eminent sources of smart writing about sex, lush photography, and thought provoking insights about one of the most basic parts of life for the past ten years. Though its difficult to render a website into book form—so much of the charm of online media disappears when committed to paper—"The First Ten Years" successfully recreates the Nerve vibe, with a selection of the past decade's best essays, photos, and features. It's a beautiful addition to anyone's library, whether you've been reading Nerve for the past ten years or just discovered them today.

#yourmoney
The next time you think you're spending too much time on porn, take a look at these monthly sex-related budgets for Nerve's ninestereotypestest subjects and be thankful you're not spending too much money on it too. After all—you do read Fleshbot, which means spending ten bucks on an on-demand broadcast of "Doctor's Adventures" need never be part of your budget. (nerve.com) -

When "Bad Sex" Happens To Good People
Statistically speaking, the more sex one has the less chance it will be bad, even if the bloom might fade from the rose after Partner 100 or Client 9. Perhaps this is why the anecdotes in "Bad Sex," a collection of first-person accounts culled by the editors of Nerve.com, just don't seem all that awful on the (w)hole. More » -

Mike Dowson Dresses Down
We like Mike Dowson's photography for walking that fine line between a classic fashion-inspired sensibility and high-gloss glamour hotness ... especially when that fine line consists of things like sheer see-through panties and very little else by way of actual "fashion". His models in his new spread at Nerve this week might not be as fancily dressed as their counterparts at Vogue, but they're every bit as stylish and self-posessed as anyone you'll see walking down a runway in Paris or Milan. Maybe clothes really don't make the woman after all.
