"Doctor Adventures": Naughty Nurses Need Not Apply

Sometimes it feels like we wake up every morning "Groundhog Day"-style only to see the same old studios churning out the same old porn movies with the same old predictable lineups of barely legal starlets and insatiable MILFs, with only the occasional new face or novel ass smoothie-esque perversion to keep things fresh.
