Does Brazilian president Luiz In cio Lula da Silva know that now when I hear the word "tranny" I think of his country, of which he was elected head of government twice in back to back landslide elections? Having visited a considerable swath of Brazil and having seen no trannies myself, I know that the gap between paid data and personal experience is large. Still, with all the tranny titles coming out of that country, it is easy to believe that the trannies arrived on the QE2 immediately after I left the Sao Paulo Airport.
