At long last, the episode of "PG Porn" we've been most hotly anticipating: Belladonna in "Genital Hospital." We laughed, we cried, we got turned on—definitely one of our favorite episodes of this series.

(And, for those keeping track: in keeping with our theory, "Genital Hospital" is an odd numbered "PG Porn" episode that's actually funny...and actually PG porn, as it were. We're so smart sometimes!)

PG Porn Heads Out West With Belladonna And Roxy DeVille

As promised, the latest episode of "PG Porn" debuts today, with Roxy and Belladonna taking James Gunn's brand of sexless porn to an Old West saloon. (Okay, Roxy just dances during the credits, but whatever.)

This is the sixth episode of "PG Porn" that we've seen, and we think we've finally figured something out: every other episode of the series is good. As far as we're concerned, "Roadside Ass-istance" and "Helpful Bus" were the times when Gunn really hit his mark... while, uh, "Squeal Happy Whores" was a little... off.

Alas, "High Poon" comes on the heels of the stellar "Helpful Bus," and—in keeping with the pattern—doesn't quite live up to its predecessor. And what's funny is that the problem is a pretty simple one: "High Poon" doesn't actually fulfill the promise of "PG Porn." It's not a super porny setup that takes an unexpected turn for the nonsexual; in this case, it's the tale of a super controlling director who can't stop interrupting the taping of his cowboy porn.

Do you see the distinction we're making here?

James Gunn, if you happen to be reading this: we really love the exposure you're giving all these girls, and we do love "PG Porn"—when it's actually PG porn. If you could just stick with that premise... well, we'd be even bigger fans than we currently are.

Roxy DeVille And Belladonna Go Western In "High Poon"

Well, it looks like we aren't the only ones crushing on Roxy DeVille—it seems she's won the PG Porn poll and landed a slot in the next episode, "High Poon" (airs next Tuesday!).

Starring alongside Roxy are Alan Tudyk from "Serenity," James Gunn, Ted Stryker from "Loveline," and, of course, the one and only Belladonna. We've got our fingers crossed that this'll be a good one—though with Belladonna and Roxy on board, how could anything possibly go wrong?

Been watching James Gunn's "PG Porn", and wishing James would cast [YOUR FAVORITE PORNSTAR] in his next flick? Well, good news: James is asking "PG Porn" fans to suggest a star for a future installment.

One downside: he's limiting the selection to a handful of starlets he interviewed at AVN. There are many choice ladies in the mix (we think they'd all make excellent PG Pornettes), but quite a few worthy contenders who didn't make the cut—like, um, Joanna Angel. Come on, wouldn't she be perfect? And what about Penny Flame? Or—actually, we're going to stop now, cause we could go on for days.

Bang Bus Gets The PG Porn Treatment

Okay, we admit it: we had our doubts about PG Porn's Bang Bus spoof, "Helpful Bus"—in fact, we really only watched it for Bree Olson. But after a slow start, it won us over.

Not that we were really that surprised—the series has slowly but surely been getting funnier, and Craig Robinson and Sean Gunn are pretty funny (and, for that matter, Bang Bus is ripe for spoofing). If anything, we just wish that there'd been a little bit more Bree Olson. Okay, maybe a lot more Bree Olson (maybe she and Marie Luv could make out?).

What can we say? We love Bree!

We're not really sure we "get" James Gunn or "PG Porn"—but since it has our favorite pornstars, and is usually good for a few chuckles, we'll keep watching—even when that means sitting through a gonzo-porn-gone-musical.

Yes: the latest episode, "Squeal Happy Whores" featuring Jenna Haze, envisions what would happen if the set of a Reality Kings-style porn shoot had less fucking and more singing. Which actually taught us a very important lesson: we're really, really glad that porn musicals have never caught on as a major trend.

We're fairly certain that watching an endless program of Sasha Grey interviews would help us unlock the secret of life itself: she spills so much wisdom, we feel smarter just listening to her.

And if, by some strange chance, those hours of watching Sasha speak didn't make us smarter, and instead ended up turning us into brainwashed, mindless drones in the service of some cult... well, even that probably wouldn't be so bad. We're pretty sure that the Church of Sashatology has some fringe benefits that make Scientology look like the Wal-Mart of religions.

"PG Porn" Finds Its Stride (And Sasha Grey Helps!)

After some trial and error, it seems that James Gunn's "PG Porn" has finally hit its stride. The latest installment, "Roadside Ass-istance" (featuring Sasha Grey), actually made us laugh. Out loud, in fact!

Rather than confusing us with violence, or just plain confusing us, "Roadside Ass-istance" goes for the funny in a more straightforward way, taking on the double entendres and playing on the sheer ridiculousness of porno "plots." Thumbs up on this one, kids... even if the use of the word "fuck" makes a PG rating seem rather unlikely.

"PG Porn" Wishes You A Very Belladonna Christmas

It's been so long since the first installment of "PG Porn" that we'd thought the project had been entirely abandoned. But no: "PG Porn" is back just in time for Christmas—and with Belladonna in tow!

This time around, it's a two part "Peanus" special, with Charlie Brown & co. all grown up(ish) and ready to get randy. Unlike "Nailing Your Wife," "Peanus" actually slips into sexy territory with some implied sexxin' and such, but the ending... well, you should probably just watch it for yourself.
