A few months ago we directed you to fledgling site Indie Undies. Well, we've just got word that the site has made some improvements in the past half year: they're now a full-fledged social networking site.

Now, you're probably thinking to yourself, "Hey, Fleshbot, I'm on Facebook and Twitter and MySpace and YourSpace and Fuckbook and LinkedIn and all that—what do I need with yet another social networking site?" And the truth is, well, you probably don't need another social networking site (you didn't really need the first six to begin with). But hey: this is still a website full of indie kids in their underwear, and the merit of that trumps any social networking mumbo jumbo.

TwitPic Hates Pornstars, PinkTweet Loves Them

We've been enjoying the photos some of our favorite pornstars have been posting to TwitPic—but apparently TwitPic isn't as enamored as we are. Recent reports indicate that several stars have had their TwitPic accounts suspended.

Oddly, many of the stars who were suspended (including @AvaRoseXXX, @NikkiBenz , @TheJessicaDrake, @DanaDeArmond, and @FlowerTucci) don't actually post pictures of the XXX sort (the things we've seen are mostly ~~PG-13~~ R-rated at best); apparently, their reputations were enough to raise Twitter's ire. Given the enthusiasm that many pornstars have shown for TwitPic, it's unfortunate to see that the feeling isn't mutual.

But fear not—all ~~is not~~ may not be lost! On the other end of the internet, some enterprising souls have created PinkTweet, a self-described "Twitter, but for porn." True, it only seems to have about six users at present, but we're sure it'll fare far, far better than X-Digg, TheXXXSpace, Sin2.0, SocialPorn, or any of the countless other "like this popular site, but for porn!" startups that we've seen.

As if Facebook weren't enough of a giant circle jerk already, the marital aid impresarios at LoveHoney have come up with what they're calling "the world's first Facebook sex toy". Although you can "change your Love Bunny's mood" and ~~annoy~~ turn on your friends by getting them to install the application and "flirting" with their Love Bunnies, the main thing it seems to do is sit there on your profile and look cute—that is, unless you decide to buy one of the company's real-life Love Bunny vibrators too, which will come complete with its own name and birth certificate. Talk about giving Facebook pokes a whole new meaning.

We try not to make a habit of posting about websites we came across as a result of folks abusing their Fleshbot commenter privileges to pimp their own projects (that's what our tip line is for, kids)—but when someone from our virtual peanut gallery left the URL of his blog on a (wholly unrelated) post recently we couldn't help but take the bait. Turns out his chutzpah was worth it: there are indeed some pretty hot girls on this site, complete with links to their MySpace profiles and occasional features about porn babes like thumbnail star Presley Maddox and her esteem'd colleague Carmella Bing. Pollen, dairy products, dirt pipe milkshakes, certain lube ingredients, cat dander: these are all allergies we can sympathize with, but there's nothing we're more allergic to ourselves than a full-time day job. So when we heard that Fleshbot contributor Audacia Ray went out and got herself a gig at new social networking site Peeq, our interns nearly went into anaphylactic shock fearing a similarly employed fate. Their fears were soon put to rest, however, with the usual set of restraints and forced viewings of "Anal Hell"—not to mention the fact that Peeq is a social community that actually embraces sex, as opposed to certain other ones that run in fear (read: censor/shut down user accounts) at the peep of a nip. Oh, and did we mention the totally hot galleries they're featuring, like the first two from Steve Diet Goedde and William Bright? Maybe it's not such a bad job after all.

Teh internets are buzzing today with news about Zivity, a porny social networking site that's been likened to everything from MySpace to Playboy to Digg to Suicide Girls. If you're a regular reader of this site, you might be saying "Why is that news?" There must be half a dozen or more sites out there that have already tried to build a smuty website around the basic principles of Web 2.0—user-generated content, web-socializing, and community voting. So what makes this one special? It might have something to do with the $1 million it managed to sweet talk away from some high-powered Silicon Valley venture capitalists. You've got to have money to make money, and that's one advantage most of other earlier entires didn't have. Zivity is still in "beta" (aren't we all?) so we can't really tell you if its "innovative, patent-pending voting system" is really all that unique or if it will be worth ponying up the subscription fees to join, but if all goes according to plan, everyone involved will become filthy rich. (We'll settle for just filthy.) Fortunately, in the internet economy all you need is wild dreams and a big bank account and everything always turns a-ok. Right?
